My career in hairdressing started in 1980 and in 1995 I opened Claire Davies Hairdressing.
Throughout my career I have attended many practical & management courses, with the
industry's largest well know companies such as L'Oréal, Redken, Wella & Vidal Sassoon.
Understanding the importance of on-going training for all the team, I encourage them to
attend regular courses both in-house and London academies to further their skill sets. My
passion is to create a friendly, highly skilled & professional team who I can support to reach
their full potential.
Working only on her own, regular client base, I have stepped away from working on the salon
floor full time. I love working with curly hair, both natural and permed and creating striking
results.
I love all areas of cutting and creating a complete look. I aim to put my clients at ease and
work with them and their natural hair to create beautiful results. I enjoy highlighting and
achieving natural, multi tonal results.
I lead the training for the future professionals in the salon. I attended evening school to
achieve a Diploma in Education and also teach at a hairdressing college.
I am available for appointments in the salon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
With over twenty years of experience, I have been a part of the Claire Davies Hairdressing
team from the early days, joining in 1995.
I am passionate about cutting and have a natural talent for short hair cuts. My precision and
great attention to detail means my clients leave feeling truly pampered. I have attended
many industry courses over the years and always grab opportunities to learn.
I specialise in cutting curly hair, Fabriq (formally known as Kerastaight) and ear piercing.
Fabriq is a keratin treatment to defrizz the hair by 70% making it quicker and easier to blowdry
at home. The treatment lasts for 3-4 months depending on how often you wash your

I enjoy creating the whole colour and cut package, whether it's a long or
short creation. I specialise in hair extensions and men's cutting. Hair extensions

A self-proclaimed geek and film fanatic, Stevin offers an extensive range of hairdressing services,
from colouring, perming, cutting and bridal/prom hair-up styles, to Keratin smoothing, hair extensions
and barbering (except shaving). He is also an expert in advising on thinning hair and hair loss.
Stevin can help with all your hair needs. He can be found in the salon Monday-Friday (term time only).
